Zombie vs Samurai

In 2020, we worked on a project that utilized intercellular communication. We depicted a story of a battle between zombie and samurai cells based on the concentration of signaling molecules. The two types of cells have a relationship where they suppress each other's gene expression, and the number of zombie and samurai cells changes according to the state of the gene circuit.
